Prior to Bancbox, Sanj spent several years in Yahoo where he led the performance marketing team that developed and operated Yahoo's Cost-per-Lead (CPL) line of business which launched multiple products (such as Yahoo Tagline in Yahoo Mail, Yahoo Cross Sell in Yahoo Games etc). Sanj started his career as a corporate attorney specializing in Corporate Securities, M&A, and Privacy and he has considerable experience with the privacy and legal issues related to the marketing of consumer finance products. Sanj is a licensed real estate broker in California, and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional. Sanj graduated from Boston University School of Law (magna cum laude) and Duke University.

At Bancbox Praveer is responsible for all aspects of core software development and operations infrastructure. With more than fourteen years of software development management experience, Praveer has managed the development of a wide range of technologies including payments, data security, online marketing platforms, and highly scalable applications. Prior to Bancbox, Praveer oversaw research and development of performance marketing engineering at Yahoo where he formed a working group to identify and solve issues related to the end-to-end latency of banner advertisements. Before that, Praveer was the lead architect of the Relevance-X platform currently used by Acxiom to leverage the direct marketing power of PersonicX in the online environment. Praveer has received a Master’s degree in System Science and Structural Engineering from Louisiana State University. He holds a bachelors degree from National Institute of Engineering Rourkela, India.
Bill Wilson has over 14 years of experience bringing new technologies to market and managing the creation of web-based products. He headed product for lead generation products at Yahoo managing product integrations into core technologies such as their payments platform. More recently, he has consulted with several Silicon Valley ventures, including managing portfolio products for Monvia, a consulting and start-up incubation firm. Bill graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelors degree in Economics.
Prashant is responsible for building and managing the Bancbox, India operations consisting of Product Management, Development and Support teams. Prior to joining Bancbox, Prashant built and led a strong global Engineering and IT team for BigMachines with operations both in the US and India. He built the BigMachines SaaS product from the ground up. Prashant has also fulfilled senior engineering roles at BDNA corporation at Mountain View, California and Gontermann Piepers (ISPAT Group). Prashant holds a BS in Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, India and an MS in Engineering from Louisiana State University.
Arkady Fridman brings to Bancbox more than fourteen years of product strategy, business development, and innovation expertise. He has over thirteen years of global experience with PayPal, where he was one of the first 50 employees and held various business development, product management, and operational roles. While with PayPal, Arkady was responsible for expanding payments products to more than 40 countries as well as for developing operational standards and protocols designed to achieve scale. Mr. Fridman also oversaw the launch of the PayPal X open API platform, including development and execution of a global strategy for PayPal to engage in directed innovation with myriad financial services firms. Most recently, Arkady was an industry analyst with Aite Group's retail banking and payments practice. He has been widely quoted in the media, including the Wall Street Journal.
